We have been conditioned to see busy as a status symbol and are encouraged to work work work in the hopes that once we are older, at the twilight of our life, we can finally rest. This imbalanced way of living has led to more stress and more burnout leaving modern women feeling inadequate no matter how much they do. I’m Rachel Redmond.

Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Ayurvedic practitioner. For the past 10 years I’ve helped women resolve digestive issues, balance their hormones and exponentially improve their quality of life. I’ve witnessed so many women search for the elusive elixir of health without realizing that we have access to it every day of our lives. 

When it comes to women’s health, prevention of disease, and longevity, the ancient principles of Eastern Medicine provide the necessary ingredients for that elusive elixir so many are desperate to find. 

I’ve personally healed myself from 20 years of digestive issues and food sensitivities, which were largely exacerbated by years of suffering from anxiety. Later on, when my world fell apart after the loss of my first pregnancy, these practices helped me to process my loss and gently pick up the pieces. The Yin Way concept was born in this time of grief and it allowed me to gently pick up the pieces of my life and reconstruct it anew with even more strength, resiliency and power. 

I know that without these practices, I would be chronically in pain, suffering mentally and spiritually, and a much less vibrant version of myself. I was able to spare myself this suffering and now’s it’s my mission to guide other women to do the same.

Virtual Yoga Retreat. When you enroll in the Yin Way Program you are granted access to an interactive yoga retreat from the comfort of your own home. The theme will be centered on inviting the sacred into your everyday life. The yoga portion will be taught by an internationally renowned yoga teacher. (Over a $500 value)

I designed this program to fit the demands of busy women who may also be mom and/or working professionals. The weekly modules are approximately 75 minutes in length and are broken down into shorter, easy to consume sections. You can listen while in the car or doing dishes at the end of the day. You have lifetime access to the content, so it is fine to skip it and go back to it later. I recommend watching the modules before the group call each week, but it’s not necessary to gain value and benefit from the program. 

In addition to the weekly modules, there is one hour long group call each week. These calls are to help you get the most of this program as well as experience the stress reducing benefit of connecting with a group of women who share a common goal. I suggest showing up for these calls every week, but life happens and when it does, the group calls are always recorded. Every call will be uploaded onto the course platform in a timely manner. 

My goal is to help you take back your time so that you can create more space and ease in your life. If you’re really busy, it’s probably true that you need the support of this program even more! If you are willing to be open to my mentorship and practice self compassion, I know you can do this program.
