We keep trying to fix ourselves, but we are not the root of the problem. The challenges we feel internally and in our lives are simply a reflection of the challenges occurring externally in the world we live in.
The problem is not to be fixed within us, its to be fixed within our culture. Our culture is deeply imbalanced and this affects everything we do, feel and even think.
You’ve probably tried cleanses, elimination diets and doing MORE self-care yet you still feel like you’re missing the basic information for how to eat and live in order to feel your best.

I know that we all want to know the secrets of having more energy, more productive and a life where we actually feel healthy, happy and balanced. I’m here to tell you that we can get to these lofty yet attainable outcomes, but we’re not going to get there through our current cultural paradigm.
