How I Work
I bridge conventional medicine with Functional and Eastern Medicine—respecting evidence-based care while addressing the chronic issues standard visits often can’t cover. I collaborate with your medical team and regularly receive referrals from primary care, OB-GYN, gastroenterology, rheumatology, and psychiatry.
No band-aid fixes and we won’t chase symptoms. Instead, we’ll build a step-by-step plan—nutrition, lifestyle, targeted supplements, and nervous-system support—tailored to your biology and your schedule, so changes are sustainable and results last.
Eastern medicine isn’t a substitute for emergency or highly specialized care; it excels at restoring balance, improving resilience, and addressing chronic concerns. My role is to connect these worlds and deliver personalized, whole-person care that helps you feel like yourself again.
